We offer this programme for groups, coming as a closed group at a specific date and to a special programme. There will be tuition during the stay.

 

The minimum period of stay is 7 days (6 nights). The group sizes can vary between 12 to 40 students or adults. The clients have the choice between accommodation in selected host families or youth guest houses. The city of stay can be chosen among our 35 centres in Germany. The number of lessons during the stay must be chosen from the group in advance (from 15 to 20 or 25 lessons per week). We would be pleased to help organising a leisure programme.

 

Included in prices
•	Full board accommodation in double room (with packed lunch) in selected host  families or in youth hostels in multishared rooms.
•	Arrivals in the evening, departures in the morning after breakfast.
•	15 students maximum per class
•	The courses (15, 20, 25 lessons per week) are held from Monday to Friday except on  bank holidays and days when excursions take place (1 lesson = 45 minutes).
•	Grading test at the beginning of the course and certificate at the end of the stay.
•	Teaching material
•	Cultural and sporty activities as well as excursions à la carte.
•	Personal liability insurance
•	Supervision during the stay by our local organizer and team.
•	Transfer by host families from and to the railway stations, on arrival and departure  except in Berlin and Munich.

 

 

Not included in prices
•	Pocket money
•	Telephone costs caused by participants or group leaders. They have to be paid directly  to the host family.
•	Transfers from/to the airport to/from the place of the stay (prices on demand).
•	Health and accident insurance are to be taken out before the beginning of the stay  either with the foreign agency or with ASTUR GmbH. They are compulsory for Non- EU participants: € 15 / week.
