This programme is meant for motivated, independent and adaptable participants, who do not wish to attend a school, but to integrate and to get to know the daily life of a German family. One parent is at home all the time and we do our best to place the students in families with children of the same age! This programme is for adults as well.

 

 

Necessities for application

Studies of the German language of at least 3 years are absolutely necessary for a successful stay. To gain all advantages of the stay, it is important for the  participant to  be independent, responsible, flexible and able to act on his/her own initiative.

 

Location
• This kind of stay is possible in most of our centres all over Germany but we cannot guarantee a town.  
•Arrival from 2.00 p.m., departure after breakfast between 8.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. In case of early arrival/late departure we have to charge a supplement of € 14.

 

• Full board accommodation in selected host families. A member of the host family will be at home throughout the stay.

Accommodation with full board (breakfast – packed lunch – dinner; beginning with  dinner at day of arrival, ending with packed lunch at day of departure).

 

Assistance given by our local organizer.

 

Pick up by the host families from and to the railway station, on arrival and departure; except for Berlin and Freiburg area.

Pocket money

 

Telephone costs caused by the participant. They have to be paid directly to the host  family.

 

Meet and greet at the airport and transfer to/from the centre of stay (prices on  demand).

 

Health and accident insurance are to be taken out before the beginning of the stay  either with the foreign agency or with ASTUR GmbH. They are compulsory for Non- EU participants: € 13 / week.
