Rhine Valley The Rhine Valley is one of Germany’s most popular and most beautiful regions. Our centre is located in the romantic town of Oberwesel on the banks of the Rhine, close to the famous Loreley. Oberwesel is perfect for younger students. It is a small, safe and pretty town, which is offering all the necessary amenities. The narrow streets with their beautiful medieval houses, towers and churches guarantee a fantastic stay in Germany. Oberwesel is within easy reach of famous places like Koblenz, Bingen and Ruedesheim and just one hour drive away from Frankfurt and its international airport.
Campus Our Team is happy to welcome the students to the historic castle Schönburg, situated just a 15 minutes walk away from the town centre on a hilltop, overlooking the river Rhine and the town of Oberwesel. The castle has been welcoming young people from all over the world for many years. Students will certainly feel like a real knight or real lady during the stay in Oberwesel as most of our activities take place in the medieval hall and in the courtyard of the castle. The classrooms, the office and the meeting point Ocean, where one can listen to music, relax and meet friends, are also situated in the castle. The centre offers a wide range of recreational facilities. Give table tennis a go or express your creativity in joining one of our many workshops. We will organize a visit to a swimming pool once a week and sports fields for playing soccer, handball, basketball and volleyball are within easy reach. Public payphones are on the campus and safe storage for valuables is available in the office.
